What is Ad-hoc Service (Custom Services)?
You can customize your own service. If you did not find anything matching your exact requirement amongst the listed services, you can contact us and place a request along with your exact requirement. Our team will make a plan and budget. They will contact you with the details and cost. If you approve of it and make the payment we will proceed with getting your work done.
How to use Ad-Hoc Service?
- Step 1: Go to Ad-Hoc Service (Custom Services)section in the Services Tab or fromPopular categories on the Home Screen of the Mobile App.
- Step 2: Tap on the “Request Your Service” if you are booking for the first time or “+” button if you have already booked a few services, under the “New” tab.
- Step 3: Name your service by typing in the text box which reads – “What are you looking for?” Select if your service is for a single day or if it spans to multiple days. Don’t worry you can always ask the service supervisor to adjust the dates before finally booking and paying for the service. Select date or date range along with time. Type a description about your requirement. If you miss out some details you can always inform us through the chat service.
- Step 4: Select the Beneficiary for whom you are booking this service. You can also add yourself as a beneficiary. You can select a different beneficiary and then inform us if you want to change the beneficiary.
- Step 5: Go to Ad-hoc Service section and under the “New” tab select the service about which you want to chat with the Admin Support (Service Supervisor). You can further customize your service and inform us in the chat box. To access the Chat Box simply tap on the service request created by you.
After you confirm the details and accept the cost of service in the chat. Our Service Supervisor will create a Service based on your requirements.
- Step 6: Your service will shift from “New” Tab to “In Progress” Tab in the Ad-Hoc Service section.
- Step 7: From “In Progress” Tab you can tap on your service and then tap onBook. You will need to make the payment. Your Ad-Hoc Service will be booked after you make the payment.
- Step 8: Tracking your Ad-Hoc Service: After your service has been booked you can track it like other service from the Bookings Tab on the Home Page. Within the Bookings Tab the service will be under In Progress tab.
